DISINTERMENT OF CHINESE.
A GREYMOUTH PROTEST. [Per Press Association.] GREYMOUTH, Sept. 27. At a meeting of the Borough Council, held last night, the Clerk was instructed to write to the Governqrent, stating that the Oouncil' had protested several times against the disinterment of Chinese, but the Colonial Secretary bad. overruled its objection. The Colonial Secretary, in a letter, stated that the bodies would be removed in a month.
