[Pee. Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. Robert Mocilgray, an unemployed clerk, has been arrested with thirty-one tins of uncustomed opium in his possession. At the time of his arrest the man was endeavouring to dispose of the opium to a Chinese merchant in Tory Street.

The Hospital Sunday demonstration, which was to' have been held to-day in aid of the funds of the convalescent home, had to be postponed owing ,to the unfavourable weather.
