CURRENT NOTICES.
A meeting of the Canterbury Drivers’ Industrial Union, will be held at the Trades Hall at 8 p.m. on Tuesday. The adjourned annual meeting of the Canterbury Kennel Club will be held at the Empire Hotel at 8 p.m. to-day.^ The half-yearly summoned 1 meeting of the Court Star of Canterbury A.O.F. will be held on Monday at 7.30 p.m.. The .armual meeting of ratepayers in the Spreydon Roadl district will be held in. the Board’s office at 8 p.m. next Thursday. The annual meeting of the Belfast Horticultural Society will be held in. the local hall at eight o’clock on Monday evening. On Sunday evening Mr Roberts will lecture for the Christchurch ’Spiritual Scientists’ Association in. the Social Hall, Madras Street, subject, “ Earth Bound Souls.” The annual church parade of the Sydenham Football Club will be held to-mor-row at the Sydenham Presbyterian Church, when the Rev W. Simpson will preach a sermon. Special hymns for ’ the occasion will be sung. Visiting footballers cordially invited.
