A RETURNED LEGISLATOR.

MR DUTHIE INTERVIEWED. [From Our, Correspondent.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 14. Mr Duthie, who was interviewed on his return from Europe, had a good deal to say, and said it. His communications divide themselves into two parts. Tffe first and larger portion was concerning what he discovered in London in proof of 41 he had ever said against the Government, and the second and smaller part resolves itself practically into this, viz., he thinks there is a probability of a speedy rise m wool. On the whole I think the non-political pagt of this interview the better.
