THE BLOCKADE OF CRETE.
PROPOSAL OF THE FOREIGN ADMIRALS. [Per Press Association.! ATHENS, Sept. 6. The foreign Admirals have proposed to their respective Q-ovem-ments to raise the blockade of Crete. They slate that the officers and men belonging to the warships in Cretan waters are being to no purpose. Canivaro, the Italian Admiral, has loft Crete.
