TRADES UNION CONGRESS, FPeb Pbbss Association.] LONDON, Sept. 6. The Trades Union Congress is sitting at Birmingham and is attended by 390 delegates, representing a million and a quarter workers. The committee has reported that judges’ interpretations of Labour laws have endangered unionist movements.
