INDECENCY.
TO THE EDITOR
Sie, — While enjoying a walk along the banks of the Heathcote River at Opawa upon Christmas Day with the members of my family, I was greatly annoy t d by seeing several young men running along the banks in the most meagre bathing costume. I saw several of the bathers swim across the river, some of them being perfectly nude. Should not this matter receive attention from tho proper authorities, and the men be placed under proper bathing regulations ?—I am, &c., ''■PROPER HOURS.
