NEW YEAR HOLIDAY.
r BO THE EDITOR. Sib, —After tbe very pleasant holiday of last week, 1 feci disposed to join again in closing this week-end. The lawyers, banks, and wholesale places closed there will not be any business doing, and it is a chance we do not often got of recruiting our energies for the new year. I hear our worthy friends tho ironmongers and grocers are endeavouring to secure this object, and I trust they will ho successful, and show tho way to the rest of the retail establishments.—l am, Ac., DRAPER.
