At the last meeting of the Otago Land Board the following business of district interest was transacted The following transfers were approved L.V. 325, section 2, block 111, Lower Hawea, Mr H. O' Wood to Mr .1. Itae; r.l. 4, sections 4 and 0, block I\ , Lower Hawea, 230 i 2r 20p, Executor in estate of Mr Harry (i Wood (deceased) to .Mr Charles Win. Harvey; p r. 1301, run 19, Wakatipu, 35,500 acres, Mr Cbas. Win. Harvey to Kate Adams ihalf interest); l.i.p. 1234. sections 18 to 21 block VII, Lower Hawea, 999 acres, and r.l.
204, section 3, block IX, Lower Hawea, 100 acres, Mr John Kane to Allan Kane. William Waido applied for a renewable lease over the land on Lindis River banks in Cluden district bounded on one side by small grazing runs 236k and 23bL, and on the other side by small t. razing run 237 a. - Declined. Mr Hugh M‘Kei.zie applied for a renewal of hia pastoral license over run 492, Lake County (Martin’s Bay), at a rental of £7 per annum ; and Mr Hugh M'Kenzie for a renewal of bis license over run 495, at n rental of £3 per annum —Ranger Leonard was appointed appraiser; term tixod at 21 years.
