THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION.
Oossacks at Dailystok are terrorising the Jews, beating men, women, and children, even in the synagogues. The police are powerless. The Jewish hospital is full of wounded. In a conflict between troops and strikers at Czestochowa four were killed and twenty wounded. The Daily Mail's St Petersburg correspondent states that no religious relief will be granted to Jews.
