TE KUITI CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS. The following is the draw for the first round of the Te Kuiti Tennis Club’s men’s and ladies’ championships. The first round must be completed by February 16. Men’s Singles. Senior: Brown v. Greenslade; Stansfield v. Brainsby; Lusk v. Wharatini; Reid v. Jones. Junior: R. McLeod v. Cato; R. White v. O’Brien; Bear v. Seeker. Second round: Winner McLeod-Cato to play Davidson; Hallett v. Farrer, P. White v. Sparks. Ladies’ Singles. Senior: Mrs. Jones v. Miss Allison; Miss W. Matthew v. Miss Kidson; Miss McKenzie v. Miss Dinsdale; Miss Hitchcock v. Mrs. Hetet. Junior: Miss Miller v. Miss Lane; Mrs. Farrer v. Miss Barr; Miss Evans v. Miss Brown; Miss Davidson v. Miss Gresham; Miss D. Pedersen v. Miss Mountfort; Miss Potts v. Miss Wright; Miss Hine v. Miss M. Matthew; Miss M. Sheehan v. Miss J. Pedersen. The senior men’s and ladies’ will be the best of three sets; men’s junior, best of 17 games; ladies’ junior, best of 13 games.
