WREATHS PLACED ON NELSON COLUMN. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 8.40 a.m.) London, October 20. Mr. Stanley Bruce and Sir Thomas Wilford placed a wreath on Nelson Column. Sir Thomas Wilford also deposited New Zealand flowers on the Column carried in ice on behalf of the Wellington Navy League.
