The Lappo Fascists, by their hesitation, are considered to have destroyed all chances of emulating Mussolini. The Government forces are encamped within a mile of Fascist headquarters at Montsala, with orders to arrest the ringleaders, and any further concentration of the rebels appears to have been .frustrated.
