WEDDING.
STEPHENS- CONWAY-JONES.
A picturesque wedding took place at St. Hake's Church on Wednesday last when Florence Myfanwy, eldest daughter off Mrs F. Conway-Jones, of Te Kurti, was married to Jack, only son of Mrs Stephens, of Auckland. Rev. A. Drake officiated. The bride, who was given away by her mother, wore a gown of brocaded chiffon velvet with veil of lace and orange blossoms, axd carried a sheaf of lities. The bridesmaid. Miss Vivien Com way-Jones, sister of the bride, was atitired: in palo mauve georgette wiMJi black hat, and carried shell-pink sweet peas and maiden-hair fern. The two iittlo flower girls, Dorothy and Marjorie Barr, nieces of the bridegroom, were hi white crepe de chine frocks, with baskets of roses. Mr Jack Gilford, of Whakatane, was best man. The church was prettily decorated in white flowers by friends of the bride. A large number of gues'tis were entertained at tho bride's home after the ceremony.
