Dramatic Entertainment.

SATURDAY, MAY 19.

The Christchurch Dramatic Club will give an entertainment in the Drill Hall on Saturday, May 19, in aid of the Convent funds, when a bright comedy entitled “Katie, Will You Marry Ale.?’’ will be produced. Apart from the worthy object of the entertainment, the members of the Dramatic Club can be tiepended upon to give a splendid performance, and those who attend can rely on having a merry evening’s entertainment. The object being a good one, and the performers having an excellent reputation of producers of mirth, it only requires the generous patronage of residents to make the entertainment a grand success.
