CUNBERLAND.

The mine manager reports for the week as follows : The bottom level has been extended ft further distance of 15 feet and connected with the main cross cut, mak« ing the total distance driven on line of reef 175 ft. In the upper workings 15 fathoms of s toping has been done, the reef averaging two feot thick and of the usual quality. The oarters have taken about 100 tons from the mine. The total quantity taken to the battery is 600 tons. A general clean up will take place at the battery on Monday.
