ENERGETIC.
Tha large body of stone rerently met on the 80«foot level did not continue its immense dimensions as far as was anticipated. It hasj however, disclosed sufficient stone both overhead and underfoot to warrant a constant supply for a very lengthened period. Shares have recently been purchased by men employed in the mine at the advanced figure of £6 10s* This alone is an item which warrants the stirlingjvalue of the mine. A contract is being executed in extending the main level, which will in all probability intersect the small east reef of the Wealth of Nations. Various other works of a prospecting nature are also being proceeded with, and upon the whole the mine bears a most promising appearance.
