VICTORIA.
A block of stone of very superior quality was recently met with, causing a very sudden advance in the price of shares, but up to the present lime it has not been shown to exist to any great extent, and until more work has been executed the actual value of the discovery cannot be estimated. The new find is, however, deemed of such import as to induce a! resumption of operations in the Revival Company's ground, whioh adjoins this mine on the south boundary.
