BRING AND BUY AFTERNOON FUNCTION AT KEREPEEHI The Kerepeehi Ladies’ Anglican Guild held its annual bring and buy in the Kerepeehi Hall recently and despite the adverse weather the afternoon proved a financial success. The Rev. Castle, of Turua, opened the bring and buy and expressed the hope that the afternoon would be a success. Winners of the two competitions were Doris Wentworth and Mrs Fowler. Those in charge of the stalls were: Competitions, Mrs W. Kidd and Miss S. Nelson; produce, Mrs G. Barnbrook; cakes, Mesdames R. Harvey and E. Potter; drapery, Mesdames 1 R. Redwood and A. J. Innis; jumble stall, Mrs R. Wentworth; afternoon tea, Mesdames W. Thomson and T. Carr.
