CLAY BIRD SHOOT
SPORT AT KEREPEEHI HAURAKI GUN CLUB The Hauraki Gun Club’s clay bird shoot, held at Kerepeehi, was well attended by local and visiting 1 shooters and friends, who all enjoyed a fine days’ sport. Results were as follows:— Eye-Opener (five, birds). —G. Thompson, ; L, Hawkins, R, Hawkins, G. Tuke, E. C. Thomasen and W. Thomasen all shot possibles and divided. 'Novice Shoot (five birds). —H. Prout and F. Patterson shot possibles and divided. First Sweepstake (five birds). —V. King, T. Hunter, V. Tilseley, L. Hawkins, W. Thomasen, B. Caie and T. Elliott shot possibles and divided. Second ’Sweepstake (five birds).— B. Caie, T. Elliott, L. Hawkins and N. Pearson all shot possibles and divided. Open Sweepstake (ten birds). —B. Caie, R. Hawkins, L. Hawkins, H. Robinson and N. Pearson all shot nine birds and divided. Gymcrack (six birds). —V. Tilsely and V. King divided with possibles. Box Shoot (five birds). —N. Pearson and' F. Davey shot possibles and divided. Last Sweepstake (five birds).---B. Rhodes anod' V. King shot possibles and divided.
