SEVEN-A-SIDE RUGBY
TOURNAMENT ON THE PLAINS AID FOR THE PATRIOTIC FUND A seven-a-side rugby football tournament will be held by the Hauraki Plains Rugby Union at the school ground, Ngatea, on Saturday, when teams from all parts of the Plains will be competing. Games for teams from the primary schools, third-grade, juniors and seniors have been arranged, the first match to commence at 11 a.m. Proceeds from the day will be handed to the patriotic committees on the Plains. Admission will be, adults 1/-, school children 6d. Refreshments will be on. sale.
