While , rioters stoned members of the Congress outside the hall, the new Right Wing President, Prasad, announced that the Congress high command; will consist entirely of Right Wing members, ancKwill exclude Nehru Bose.
The meeting passed a resolution that Congress shoiild Oppose attempts to use Indian resources in wartime,' without the consent of the Indian people.
