INCIDENT IN BRISBANE. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright).^ (Received this day at 10.30 a.m.) BRISBANE, May 2. ' As the result of police advice to the German consular authorities after the Labour Day procession had passed the Consulate j the swastika flag was hauled down from the -front c;t the Consulate. ", Hostjle shouts had come from the marchers in the procession, and feeling ran amonp bystanders. Additional police were stationed directly beneath the flag. There was much booing as the procession passed, and shouts of “Down with Hitler.” A large crowd later stood near the building, and tile flag was then drawn down.
