SUCCESS OF BLACK OUT

BERLIN. September 23
Though it was scheduled to continue until Sunday next, the war manoeuvres blackout in Berlin, at which there was great public resentment, was unexpectedly called off at G a.m. to-day. General Goering declares that his decision to end the blackout was due to consideration for the business people. and also as a reward for the model behaviour of the population, as the result which the blackout had been of great succors. One person was killed and six were injured in collision of trams and private cars duo to the darkness.
