ARMS SEIZED (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) . MADRID, Sept. zi. The Home Office has issued a statement announcing the police during a surprise visit to the palace of the Papal Nuncio found the premises were used as a storehouse for arms and munitions. The Civil Governor arrested the palace employees. Since the Nuncio left after the outbreak of the war, the palace has been in the can' of employees.
