Forty Italian cadets and sailors from a training sTnp wrecked the offices of an anti-Fascist newspaper and shot dead a young Italian named Micohi. OFFICIAL STATEM ENT (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) ROME, September 21. An official communioue says the murdered Italian was a Communist, Bresciani, who intended distributing anti-Fascist manifestations on training ships at Columbo and Vespucci.
