'Toncoso was arrested and charged with attempting to steal a submarine and with complicity in the theft of certain documents. Other warrants are being issued shortly, concerning bomb outrages.

The Lurete Nationale allege that Toncoso, the head terrorist of the organisation, was responsible for many outrages in France including the placing of a bomb on a train at Herbert*, on a ship at Bayonne, quays at Marseilles and aeroplanes at Toulouse, Others who have been arrested, admit carrying out terroristic outrages under Toncoso’s instructions, hoping they vould he attributed to Spanish anarchists and turn the French against the Valencia Government.
