White (Christchurch). ’Hie Governor-General (Lord Galway) paid a visit yesterday morning to the Ross Home for Old People. He later attended the Dunedin Jockey Club’s winter meeting at Wingatui, and in the evening wa s present at a Masonic gathering. > The Governor-General, Lord Galway, is making an official visit to Nelson, then coming on to Westport, and arriving at Greymouth on Thursday, June" 24, where he will remain until Saturday morning, June 2G, when he will leave for Christchurch.
