SPANISH PRINCE’S ACTION. NEW YORK, . July 19. Asking the Supreme Court to-day to annul his marriage .with the Cuban commoner, Delmira Sampedro, -whom he married three years *.go, Count de Oovadonga declared that she had ro fused to leave Havana and live with him in the United States. She had insisted, he went on, on living in a style beyond their means, although she had promised to give up society and be a simple and loving yvife.; He denied that he intended to marry another Cuban woman, Marta Rocafort, an artist’s model, despite an announcement by her father that he had sought her hand in marriage. Count of Cavadonga. who is the eldest son of ex-King Alfonso, has an income of £IO,OOO a year, hut works as a car salesman in New York. The Countess has also started a divorce action at Havana, alleging incompatability.
