SYDNEY, November 3.
What course the N.S.W. Government will in view of the .Royal Commissioner’s report on the tin hares, and what will be its policy towards the dog racing, is not likely to be decided for some days. The Premier stated the report had been submitted to the Attorney-General, who will adviso the Cabinet later.
CANBERRA, November 8
The Attorney-General, Mr Latham, in the Federal House of Representatives, said that he would consider a suggestion that the Commonwealth should take action to deport Swindell (who is an American).
