TR ENT HAM MEETING. (fit/ Telegraph —Per Press Association) TRENTHAM, March 23. In fine, but threatening weather, with a strong fish tail wind blowing in and out down the range, the series of matches for championship riflle belt was concluded at Trentham this morning. Canterbury match, ten rounds at GOO yds., was won by C. .T. Nix of Featherston with the possible. With the completion of the Canterbury, all the short range matches for the belt have been fired. Trentham aggregate awarded for the highest aggregate scores in those short range mat. lies was won h*- W, Mclver of Petone with a score of 192 out of a possible of 200. Nix was second with 190 and 0. Pickering, Opakl, third with 186.
