The Prince of Wales has arranged for a complete private holiday, and has declined any public engagements until the end of September, feeling that lie needs a rest after the strenuous life he has been forced to lead throughout the year. Since his return from Arica in April he has had the busiest time. He has visited. Scotland, Wales and many parts of England. Tic made an extensive tour of the Duchy of Cornwall last week, taking Brussels and Antwerp in his course and scores of engagements have been carried out by him as well as enacting programmes of speech-mak-ing at the opening of institutions.
