LONDON, April 13.

The “Daily News!’, ' special. Moscow correspondent states.: A new anti-re-ligious decree will shortly, he promulgated striking at all of the Christian ,■ Churches, but especially at the “Bible Pests,” as Moscow calls the Baptists.

The decree will virtually prevent all Christian social and cultural work, as well-as all local preaching or itinerant administration of the Sacraments in scattered areas without regular worshipping places or permanent pastors.

The decree declares that all of the members of any religious community comprising twenty persons or upwards must be registered in the church or chapel, and they are to be forbidden to worship elsewhere.
