The Times'"Riga corespondent says: The Soviet press is giving prominence to the acts of terrorism in India, declaring that the British Government intends publishing disclosures regarding .Moscow’s complicity in the Communist Party’s official press which asserts that the British police themselves organised the Delhi bomb-throwing. The Soveit p.aper Pravda says the view prevails in the British “Celt Wing” of political circles that “it is a provocative act according to the regular official plan,” while the paper “lavesta” .declares that it is a Conservative Party election manoeuvre.
