IN WASHING-UP BILL
(By Telegraph.—Special to Star.^ WELLINGTON, Aug. 25. Further clauses in the Washing-Up Bill have been inserted, authorising the Clifton County Council to sell a portion of a gravel reserve to the North Taranaki Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., and authorising the Opunake Electric Power Board to vary the opplication ' of' a portion of the proceeds of the loan of £70,000, not exceeding £3000, for completing authorised works.
