FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIO AGREEMENT.

The new agreement provides for the construction of a vast railroad £y&tem radiating from Panderma and b'lanJiincr east and west across ihe most fertile territories of Asia Minor. The work has been alloted in shares to industrial and financial groups hi each, countzy. The agreement affords vasi; possibilities for the employment of Italian capital and labour in the nearby depopulated country. Turkey's approval of the olan is practically assured.
