NEW YORK, Oct. 7.At.San Diego, California, Lieutenants Kelly and Macready, of the United States Army, broke the world's re■cord in a sustained flight, remaining in the air 35 hours 18 minutes 30 seconds. They ascended at 5.56 on Thursday morning;, and descended at 5.14 on Friday evening.
