BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGH3I Received Oct. 9, 8.50 a.m DELHI, Oct. 8. unprecedented floods occurred in north Bengal. The Bogra and Rajshahi J districts suffered most. At Bogra not | a, single house was left standing, and ' all crops and cattle were destroyed. It is estimated that three million people are destitute. Speedy irelief i measures were instituted and a fund j has been opened. The death roll is ! unknown.
