LONDON, Feb. 21
The meeting of the Inter-Allied Committee to draft the scheme for .fcfee economic reconstruction of Europe, prior to the Genoa Conference, has opened in London. British, French, Italian and Japanese delegates were present.
The opening session was devoted to consideration of a scheme to increase the purchasing power of small nations and help to stabilise exchanges.
