The official plague figures show that there have been fifty-six cases in Brisbane and twenty-eight deaths; thirtytwo cases in 'Townsville and twentyheight deaths; and eighteen cases in Cairns and eleven deaths.
SYDNEY, Feb. 22
Two plague rats have been discovered, one at Paddington and one in the city.
