THE BALKANS.

GREECE RULED AFTER PRUSSIAN

MODEL

POPULACE IN A FERMENT

LONDON, June 7. M. Venizelos openly accuses the Greek General Staff of preparing a Germanic alliance.

Dr. Dillon, in the Daily Telegraph, declares that Greece is now ruled after the Prussian model by General Dusmanis, who holds the threads of government and employs four hundred spies, provided by the German Baron Schenck. The ferment among the populace against the Germans is hourly increasing.

General Dusmanis contemplates the proclamation of martial law and the arrest of M. Venizelos.
