FINANCIAL SITUATION SHAKY
AMSTERDAM, June 7. Advices from Berlin state that a further war credit of six hundred millions sterling has been submitted to the Reichstag.
LONDON, June 7. The Times correspondent at Buenos Ay res says that the Minister at Berlin has cabled the Government that the financiai and commercial situation in Germany is such that it is advisable to warn the National Bank to restrict the facilities of German clients, and the bank has acted accordingly.
