Entries for Newton King's Rahotu sale on Friday advertised.
Attention is drawn to the Holstein sale advertised in this issue' on account of Mr Wm. Cole, jun., of Waitara. As Mr Cole is going out of dairying, he has instructed Newton King to sell the whole of his pedigree and grade cattle without reserve. A special note should be made of the fact that the whole of the pedigree heifers to be offered have been carefully kept, so that buyers could mate them-with any particular strain they desire. Catalogues can beobtained from Newton King. Smith and Easton will hold their usual Thursday sale to-morrow afternoon, at 2 o'clock, at the CentralMart. Full list will be found in usual columns. The same firm will also sell 250 £1 shares in the South Taranato Amusements Co.
Osborne and Turnbull will sell at their mart, Regent street, to-morrow (Thursday) at 2 p.m., on behalf of Mr Lee, his household furniture, removed to rooms for the convenience of sale. The furniture is practically new. Lfefc appears in the auction columns.
