WAR RECRUITING.
MANGATOKI'S QUOTA
Our Mangatoki correspondent writes: I am pleased to record the following as definitely accepted for the front:— W. Lambie, R. Dawbin, A. Carkill (leaving on 28th), H. White^ and J. Charters. A good number of others intend to go later on, when the mounteds are called up. Mangatoki is proud of her quota,' and those leaving may rest assured that they carry the good wishes of all for a successful experience and a safe return. A number are going to Eltham on the 28tn to see them off.
