LONDON, May 30

An invention for safety of life at sea is provided in a new wireless call, termed the safety signal, to be used by wireless stations which have to transmit to vessels urgent information of icebergs, derelicts, approaching storms, and other dangers. The call consists of the letters "T.T.T." repeated at short intervals ten times at full power.
