CANADIAN PREMIER'S SUGGESTION,
(Roceived September 25, 9.13 a.m.) Sir Wilttw Laurier, Dominion Premier, speaking a.t a banquet tendered to the Canadian Manufacturers' Association, suggested the possibility of treaties between the Motherland and the colonies, whereby mutual concessions would promote ths development of inter-Imperial trade lor the benefit of all.
