1 LONDON, September 21. | The wool catalogue comprised 9619 bales of an indifferent .selection, the merinos being largely second-hand lots transhipped from Continental combing mills. 'len thousand bales of these will be offered during the series, raising the total ayail- ' able to about Bo,OUO bales. There is a good attendance of buyers, and splendid competition in all quarters, everything being very firm. Finest crossbreds are from par to & per cent, above the July closing ' LONDON, September 22.
