Dunbar's clearing sale on , 19th'' inst. cows sold well, fetching up to , £11 ss, weaners to yearlings up to £4 , 16s, springers and heifers to £8, milk- \ cart horse £25. , ] At Manaia on 20th inst. we had a good , entry of cattle, and fair bidding, most lines being disposed of. | We quote at Kakaramea :— Calves 235. wcaners to yearlings 50s to 1 58s, 18-month to 2-year steers £3 15s to £4 2i-vear to 3-year steers JB4 17s od, ■tore cows £3 ss'to £3 10s, fresh cows £3 16s to £4 7» 6d. fat cows £5 5s to *5 10s, springing heifers (forward) £5 15s to £6 ss. do.
