(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, June 23. The Government printsrsbip will remain ia abeyance until Mr Cad man's return. The Premier points oat that in 1891 tbe House, in supply, by a majority of two votes, decided tbat Ministers should Lave charge of the Legislative estimates. This, he claims, gives Ministers the power to deal with Parliamentary officers during the recess and make appointments to Hansard. The Railway Bill, giving the Minister of Works a seat on the Railway Board, will be introduced immediately after tbe financial debate is disposed of.
