A Fair Regulation.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION ) WELLINGTON, Maroh 26. Tbe Minister of Defence has issued instructions that no confidential report to superior officers, affecting the men in tbe police force, are to be filed until the man affected has had a chance of perusing it. He shall also have a right to a copy of it. In future, inspectors are always to wear uniform when on duty, especially in oourt.
